Can you build me a sauna?
For now, yes. Please bring 2 towels with you, one to sit on one to dry off. Watch this space for pony sauna merch coming soon.
What should I wear?
If you’re planning on swimming then bathers are a good idea otherwise just wear clothes that are breathable and you don’t mind getting a little sweaty.
Thongs are a good idea for walking down to the beach but we also have some spares for you to borrow so no stress if you forget.
Is the sauna wood-fired? & How hot does it get?
Yes! Our sauna is completely off grid. We use red gum to fire our sauna it sits at around 70 degrees.
Open the door and let the sea breeze cool you off, or if you like it hot splash some water on the stones to make things nice & steamy.
Can I swim during my session?
Will there be any water or drinks for sale?
Yes! Recommended! All our sessions run for 45 minutes. You should be able to fit in 3 x 10 minutes sauna sessions with a few dips in the ocean in-between.
We have 3 locations, all close to the sea. Check your appointment type and location to see where you have booked in. We plan to move around Port Fairy making the most of all our beaches. If there is ever any confusion please get in touch. We have linked the locations at the bottom of our bookings page if you need help getting there.
At the moment we ask you to bring a drink bottle with you. We will have water and some other exciting things for sale in the future, but to reduce waste we encourage you to bring your own.

Yes! Pony would make a great gift. There is a section on our website to purchase gift vouchers under the shop tab. If you don't see the amount you're after or need help, message us and we would be happy to arrange this for you.
Yes! We want to make it easier for our locals and sauna lovers to get regular use. We have set up session packs that get you up to 20% off. These can be found on our website booking page - if you need help setting this up get in touch and we'll talk you through it.
